These Terms of Service are entered into by and between Atlas Core Technology, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, and you, the individual or entity accessing the Contributor Portal. These Terms govern your use of the Atlas Core platform, websites, tools, job interfaces, and all other content and services provided by Atlas Core Technology.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Scope and Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Atlas Core Technology regarding your participation as a contributor. These Terms supersede all prior oral or written communications related to the Services.
Definitions
Terms used but not defined herein will be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning as commonly understood in the United States. In case of inconsistencies between translated versions, the English version shall govern.
Account Registration and Security
To access the Contributor Portal, you must register and maintain an account. All account credentials are for your use only and must not be shared. You are solely responsible for all activity under your Account. Atlas Core Technology reserves the right to approve, deny, or suspend access at its sole discretion.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Use of Services
Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Platform to distribute harmful or unlawful content or attempt to interfere with the performance, integrity, or security of the Services.
Modifications
Atlas Core Technology reserves the right to update these Terms or modify the Services at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Confidentiality
All non-public information provided by or through Atlas Core Technology is considered confidential. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and not to disclose it to third parties without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may include access to third-party tools or integrations. These services are governed by their own terms, and Atlas Core Technology is not liable for third-party content or actions.
Termination
You or Atlas Core Technology may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately, and all rights granted under these Terms will be revoked.
Intellectual Property
All technology, tools, and content on the Platform are owned or licensed by Atlas Core Technology and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any aspect of the Platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Data Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Atlas Core Technology's Privacy Policy. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data for internal analysis and product improvement.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Atlas Core Technology from any claims or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Platform, or violation of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Notices
All notices to Atlas Core Technology must be sent by certified mail to our registered office. Notices to you may be delivered via email or posted on the Platform.
Feedback
Any suggestions or feedback submitted to Atlas Core Technology may be used freely without compensation. You agree not to submit confidential or proprietary information via feedback channels.
